SERVICES:
The services offered by Grupo Potivias range from the identification of customer needs to the implementation and maintenance of the result of the developed project. This process can be divided into four stages:
STAGE 01 - IDENTIFICATION OF THE SITUATION:
Having identified a need, the process begins with a visit of the Potivias Group to the client in order to obtain detailed information of the problem or opportunity in question. With the situation completely characterized a technical feasibility study is carried out, indicating which is the most adequate solution for the problem under analysis.
STAGE 02 - PROJECT DEVELOPMENT:
Existing technical feasibility, the client hires the Potivias Group for the development of a project, where alternatives are presented to meet the needs, as well as their respective costs and benefits.
With total support of information by the Potivias Group the client decides for the best alternative and consequently approval of the project or, a process of revision of this begins.
STAGE 03 - PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION:
At this stage, the Potivias Group guarantees the execution of the activities contracted for the implementation of the project within the deadlines and requirements previously negotiated.
STAGE 04 - MAINTENANCE CONTRACT:
For every project implemented, the client is offered a maintenance contract with periodic visits of a preventive nature, guarantee in the attendance to preventive situations and agility in attending to corrective situations. The agreement aims to guarantee the continuity of the operation of the implemented solution with the standard of performance demanded by the client.
